 I have always loved cooking.
 Lately I have been un-inspired and have just been going through the motions of feeding my family.
 But tonight I felt inspired by my CSA Jupiter Creek Farm Box.

Lemon Butter

 I am feeling very full of myself this evening.

I made my first batch of lemon butter.

Here is the recipe

I think , if I can get my hands on enough free lemons, this will be our home-made gifting for Christmas.

So......... hands up if you are in Adelaide and have lemons on your tree.

Natural Learning ...... Just add water

Learning just happens.

Given the right environment, just like dough it doubles in hours.

Mein Spatz made pizza dough today.

I lined up all of the ingredients. He placed them in the mixer (we have done it many times before) flour, salt, yeast and warm water.

He never stopped talking, even with a big ball of dough in his mouth.

"How many litres in this?"

"What does that measure?"

"Does the wheat farmer mill the flour in his watermill or windmill?"

"What farm does yeast come from?"

We even spoke some Italian - "bellissimo!"

 I am sure he was a baker in a previous life - he has a great technique.
